Data Deletion

What we may hold

When you contact Mirach Digital through our website, Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number, we may store:

• Your name, phone number or social profile ID, and the messages and comments you send us
• Enquiry details you share, such as your business, goals and budget
• Delivery and read status of messages we send you

We use this only to reply to you and provide our services. We do not sell it.

How to request deletion

Send your request through the form on our Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp, with the subject "Data deletion". Tell us the name, email, phone number or social account you used so we can find your data.

We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, except anything we must keep by law (for example invoices). We will tell you when it is done.

Removing our app from Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings → Apps and websites. Doing so stops new data from reaching us; ask us as above to delete what we already hold.
